Christy Ciccarello (PharmD, MHA) works with hospital and health system clients to help them advance the business of pharmacy in their organization. She brings healthcare executive experience to clients to help them align their vision with strategic implementation and deliver high performance.

Before joining Visante, Christy was the System Vice President of Pharmacy Services for a large, non-profit, integrated delivery network serving four states along the East Coast. She also serves as faculty for The American Society of Health-System Pharmacists Leadership Academy fostering the professional growth of hundreds of pharmacists around the world.

She has a strong history of developing results-oriented, change-ready talent that delivers top-quality, customer-focused care across the continuum. Her responsibilities have included pharmacy services for all venues of care, including acute, ambulatory, specialty, infusion and retail pharmacy. Christy is passionate about finding unique solutions to healthcare problems by leveraging the collective think tank of diverse teams.

Christy received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Shenandoah University Bernard J. Dunn School of Pharmacy in Virginia. She completed her residency training at Mission Health System in North Carolina and received her Master of Health Administration from Pfeiffer University in North Carolina.
