Our Team

Dominika Krynicka (PharmD, MHA) is a consultant at Visante for our clients who possess an in-depth understanding of pharmaceutical operations, technology, communications and processes. 

Dominika completed her residency at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital where she refined her expertise in pharmacy practice leadership. She is well versed in safe and effective medication-use systems, quality assurance, management of human resources, management of financial resources, use of technology, and advanced leadership. Dominika’s notable accomplishments include the successful implementation of medication repackaging technology across a hospital enterprise and optimization of inventory management through recalibration of automated dispensing cabinets.

She received her PharmD from the Medical College of Wisconsin School of Pharmacy and her Master of Health Administration from the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health.
