Elizabeth Knapke is a Senior Consultant at Visante who brings an extensive understanding of acute care pharmacy workflows to Visante clients. Elizabeth has more than 12 years of expertise and experience in Epic Willow Inpatient module of the Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR), a technology platform that offers specialized services for medication-use. Elizabeth is highly devoted to improving patient and customer outcomes by identifying any issues that arise in the application and working hard to resolve them. 

Previously, Elizabeth worked as a Senior Epic Willow Application Coordinator for Bon Secours Mercy Health in Cincinnati. Elizabeth was the primary support contact for several health system pharmacies, played an essential role in a variety of successful enterprise-wide pharmacy-related projects, and served as a member of several system-based committees and workgroups including Clinical Decision Support and Facility Organization.

Elizabeth has a bachelor's degree from the University of Cincinnati. She has a pharmacy technician background in addition to certifications in Epic’s Willow Inpatient and Willow Inventory modules.
