As a project manager at Visante, Hayden provides exceptional project management for Visante clients. Hayden brings all the client's goals and objectives to success. 

Hayden brings regulatory, legal, risk management and operational experience. Her focus on improved processes and ultimate outcomes makes her stand out with our clients. Hayden is an excellent communicator and works across the organization to ensure client success and satisfaction. 

Before joining Visante, Hayden, was at Rogers Behavioral Health as an Operations Manager. In her role, she was involved in many projects to enhance patient care and satisfaction, such as reductions in medication errors, reductions in charting redundancies and increased response time for admission approval. She cultivated partnerships with admission, outreach and marketing to support community referrals. Hayden was also involved in budget management for employee worked hours.

Hayden earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse. and a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.
