Our Team

Heather Griffis (CPHT) supports Visante clients through the specialty pharmacy prior authorization team and services. Heather’s commitment to quality and satisfaction ensures timely and accurate prior authorization process that promotes excellent service levels for our clients and their patients.

Heather’s experience includes retail pharmacy where she successfully managed data for electronic health records and provided prior authorization services. She also has extensive experience as an inpatient pharmacy technician, working for hospitals in Kentucky and Tennessee, including Vanderbilt University Medical Center. In her career, Heather has provided sterile compounding, worked with multiple types of automated dispensing machines and worked as a patient care technician for in-home infusion.

Heather is a pharmacy technician and holds an Associate’s Degree in Pharmacy Technology from Daymar College in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
