Jon’s expertise in project management and business optimization is key to Visante’s ability to deliver high-quality program performance in a timely fashion. Jon manages client projects across all areas of health system pharmacy programs to ensure projects meet and exceed expectations.

Jon’s experience includes project management in healthcare and technology firms. He was most recently a project manager with Paylocity where he managed all aspects of project implementation, including expectations, communications, scope, timelines and project delivery. He conducted analyses to assess account stability and monitor performance to provide a business justification for continuous improvements. A key contribution to the organization was managing project plans that are transparent to relevant stakeholders and organized for optimal and timely execution.

At KSB Hospital, Jon was a project manager in the ER Department and Polo Clinic where he oversaw a team of support staff, managed project timelines, tracked project activities and managed customer needs. Jon oversaw a customer service optimization project that involved managing a POS system upgrade that significantly improved customer satisfaction.

Jon has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcasting and a Minor in Journalism from Western Illinois University. He is a certified Scrum Master and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt. Jon’s training also includes being an Honor Graduate from the Military Non-Commissioned Officer Leadership Course and he is a Veteran with an Honorable Discharge.
