Our Team

Jordan Mendkoff (PharmD, MS) provides Visante clients with expertise in many aspects of high-performing pharmacy, including home infusion, infusion strategy and site-of-care optimization.

Jordan’s experience helps clients optimize their pharmacy operations and clinical programs, bringing more than nine years of pharmacy experience spanning the continuum of care. Before joining Visante,  Jordan worked at UChicago Medicine as the Senior Manager, Home Infusion Pharmacy Services. While at UChicago, Jordan had the opportunity to start up a successful home infusion service line from the ground up, partnering with a third-party vendor.

Jordan received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree and his Master's Degree in Social and Administrative Pharmacy from the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy. He completed a PGY1/PGY2 Health-System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership residency at M Health Fairview/Fairview Pharmacy Services in Minneapolis.

Jordan has served in numerous leadership roles throughout his career both locally and nationally with the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP), the American College of Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP) and the Minnesota Society of Health-System Pharmacists (MSHP). Jordan is a past recipient of the ASHP Student Leadership Award and the MSHP Outstanding Student Award, given to top student pharmacists annually.
