Joseph Kozlowski is a Business Analyst and has deep expertise in financial and data analytics for hospitals and health systems. He focuses on assisting clients in improving their financial performance and identifying opportunities through the use of data and analytics. He specializes in pharmacy supply chain optimization, 340B optimization, and Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) contract management.

Before joining Visante, Joseph worked as a Senior Pharmacy Analyst with Advocate Aurora Health Supply Chain and 340B teams. His role was to optimize pharmacy financial performance and 340B programs by leveraging data metrics to analyze overall drug spend and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Joseph also has experience from his time at CVS Caremark, where he held the position of Senior Manager, Pricing Analytics Specialty. In this role, he led a team in managing Specialty Pharmacy pricing guarantees with clients. He used financial data and modeling to drive specialty pharmacy margins and increase cash flow while collaborating with internal teams to enhance contract/pricing strategies.

Most recently, Joseph worked as a Pharmacy Consultant with McKesson, where he led Pharmacy Optimization and Contract Audit services for customers. His specializations included utilizing data to analyze hospital and pharmacy data to pinpoint cost drivers, revenue enhancement opportunities, and potential savings for Health Systems.

Joseph holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.
