Our Team

As a consulant and 340B ACE, Kelly supports Covered Entity clients in all aspects of 340B program compliance and performance. Her extensive experience in 340B program administration and management provides clients with valuable insight and the expertise necessary to reach and maintain their compliance goals.

Before joining Visante, Kelly was a 340B Medication Sourcing Administrator in Pharmacy Services at OhioHealth. She oversaw all system 340B programs, including five Disproportionate Share Hospitals (DSHs), one Rural Referral Center (RRC), two Critical Access Hospitals (CAHs), three in-house pharmacies and two contract pharmacies. Kelly was the liaison between the 340B technology team and the OhioHealth Hospital team. In addition to managing technology  implementations and EMR conversions, Kelly supported system external audits along with HRSA audits. She closely collaborated with Revenue Cycle, IS, Finance, Reimbursement, Procurement, Supply Chain, Contracting and other key players in this role, and is well versed at leading and maintaining a strong Steering and Oversight Committee.

Kelly is a 340B Apexus Certified Expert (ACE) and a Certified Pharmacy Technician. She graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Allied Medical Professions and anticipates earning a Master's degree in Business Administration from Capella University in 2023.
