Our Team

Nivedha Poondi (PharmD, MS) is a consultant at Visante, bringing an in-depth understanding of pharmacy operations, 340B compliance, and revenue integrity. She leverages her expertise to optimize our clients' financial outcomes and operational efficiency.

Most recently, Nivedha served as the resident manager at the Cancer Hospital Infusion Pharmacy at UNC Medical Center, where she led efforts to maintain USP 797 compliance and ensure financial integrity in the provision of emerging oncology medications. Prior to this, she worked as a 340B Analyst at the University of Illinois Hospital, where she developed and maintained frameworks for 340B regulation adherence and implemented quality assurance training to ensure compliance.  

Nivedha completed her residency at the University of North Carolina Health, where she achieved notable accomplishments, such as implementing and financially justifying an RFID mobile device solution for restocking anesthesia trays. Additionally, she contributed to optimizing automation processes at an outpatient pharmacy internationally.

Nivedha earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Illinois-Chicago and completed a Master of Science in Pharmacy Administration at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.
