Olivia Mumfrey currently serves as a Medication Access Specialist for Visante. Her role is to optimize medication processes to enhance patient care and operational efficiencies. Her expertise in infusion services is a valuable asset for our clients.

Before joining Visante, Olivia was the Clinical Operations Manager at UC Health in Cincinnati, specifically in the Division of Rheumatology, Allergy, Immunology, and NHB Infusion Services. In this role, she managed the operational aspects of clinic and infusion services, demonstrating a strong ability to enhance the patient experience and streamline service delivery.

Olivia brings over 17 years of hands-on experience in clinic and infusion management. Her career highlights include notable achievements in operations, managing infusion medication prior authorizations and appeals, enhancing patient experience, and customer service. Additionally, Olivia is proficient in utilizing Epic for healthcare management, developing effective processes and problem-solving skills, copay collection skills and providing benefit estimates.

Annually, Olivia contributes to developing future leaders in her field by participating in fellowship training. In this role, she shares her knowledge and experience in clinical operations in rheumatology.
