Tara Bracken (PharmD, MS, BCPS) is a consultant at Visante specializing in the optimization and advancement of outpatient and home infusion services. Tara completed her residency at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center where she gained experience directing the expansion of specialty pharmacy services, implementing complex oncology infusion innovations and analyzing the financial impact of those enhancements. She integrated the oncology off-label use submission process into the electronic medical record to decrease submission time to insurance and implemented the hospital at-home service line.
Ultimately, Tara’s greatest strength is her ability to brainstorm creative, nontraditional solutions to drive operational efficiency and improve financial performance.Tara earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from The University of Michigan College of Pharmacy and completed a Master of Science in Health-System Pharmacy Administration at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center
