Tim Miller (PharmD, CRCR, BCOP) is a consultant at Visante specializing in pharmacy revenue cycle management. With extensive experience leading health system revenue cycle services and enterprise infusion operations and strategy, Tim brings invaluable expertise to his role.

Before joining Visante, Tim was Manager of Pharmacy & Oncology Revenue Integrity at Intermountain Health in Salt Lake City. In this capacity, he offered strategic guidance to enhance revenue capture, managed the pharmacy chargemaster, and chaired the enterprise’s multi-disciplinary revenue practice teams for pharmacy and oncology service lines at the 33-hospital system. During his time with the organization, he guided medication charging standardization for system-wide electronic health record (EHR) implementation, oversaw all aspects of medication billing accuracy and compliance, and helped contribute multiple million dollars in annualized net margin through a robust pharmacy revenue cycle monitoring program with high multi-stakeholder engagement.

Throughout his career, Tim has focused on optimizing revenue-contributing pharmacy programs, including Oncology, Specialty Pharmacy, Infusion Services, and the 340B Program. His comprehensive understanding of operational and financial dynamics enables him to effectively support Visante partners in achieving their goals.

Tim holds certifications as a Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (HFMA), Board-Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BPS), and Diplomate of the Pharmacy Leadership Academy (ASHP). He obtained his Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from the University of Wisconsin.
