Expanding on his career in health system pharmacy, Mr. Flagstad developed a consultancy comprised entirely of top-level executives and clinicians working together to help transform healthcare through pharmacy. Visante's mission has been the same ever since.

The name "Visante" (Vee sahnt) was coined by founder Mike Flagstad as a combination of the French words "vie" (life) and santé (health), a concept that directly aligns with the firm's mission and philosophy.
