Our Team

Annemieke Hytinen (PMP, CSSGB, CMQ/OE, Certified Scrum Master) is a multi-lingual international leader who provides project management for Visante’s growing hospital and health system clients.

Annemieke specializes in ensuring client satisfaction and success through her ability to effectively manage all aspects of the client experience. She is committed to collaboration, perseverance and creativity in order to exceed expectations.

Before joining Visante, Annemieke was a Senior Program Manager with CoreLogic. In this role she executed strategic executive improvement projects for CoreLogic’s Project Business. This required extensive collaboration with cross-functional and diverse leadership teams. She implemented a Pragmatic Marketing structure for Protect teams, and trained and facilitated team coaching, development and communication resulting in improved productivity and outcomes via Predictive Index training.

Annemieke was previously a Product Owner (consultant) with a variety of different clients and internal teams where she successfully led and supported all aspects of their project management needs. She has held roles in business development, market development and quality assurance. She consistently meets project timelines, exceeds project expectations and facilitates excellent communication between all stakeholders.

Annemieke has attained many certifications and accomplishments related to Project Management, Quality, Leadership, Team building and training. These include: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE), Pragmatic Certified Project Manager, The Predictive Index facilitator and trainer, Certified ScrumMaster (Scrum Alliance), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB), Lead Auditor: ISO14001 (ASQ Management Systems), UW Milwaukee Certificate in Project Management, Lean Training (ASQ), Quality Management Training (ASQ), and Baldridge training (Wisconsin Forward Award).

She earned a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts from Utrecht University, Utrecht, the Netherlands. She speaks Dutch (native), English (near-native), German (proficient) and French (proficient).
