Dale Drizd, PharmD, RPh, delivers immense value to clients by leveraging his vast healthcare industry knowledge & relationships, deep operational and leadership expertise, dedication to innovation, and strong strategic prowess.  He is a multi-faceted, results-oriented healthcare leader with experience leading successful, high-performing teams at both a global healthcare organization and multi-site, regional health system.

Before joining Visante, Dale was the Chief Operating Officer at Froedtert Health Pharmacy Solutions, part of the Froedtert Health organization in Milwaukee, WI. As the COO, he was responsible for providing leadership, strategic direction and oversight for all owned and joint venture business lines contained within Froedtert Health Pharmacy Solutions including retail pharmacy, mail order pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, home and specialty infusion pharmacy, medication access hub (PA & PAP support), and pharmacy benefit management.

While in that role, Dale led the creation, development, and implementation of multiple new companies including Froedtert Health Pharmacy Solutions (Froedtert Health’s ambulatory pharmacy business enterprise), Froedtert Health Home Infusion, and Vertu Rx LLC (PBM) in order to provide high quality, affordable, and vertically integrated healthcare into the Midwest regional marketplace. 

Prior to his role at Froedtert, Dale spent many years at Walgreens leading teams responsible for national pharmacy operations, pharmacy product development & management, and pharmacy technology innovation and support. 

Dale is known for building strong and lasting partnerships and relationships across the industry.  He is consistently relied upon to chair strategic committees within professional organizations bringing together industry leaders across payers, managed care, pharmaceutical manufacturers, strategic partners/vendors, and providers.

Dale received his Bachelor’s Degree from Indiana University and his Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from Midwestern University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
