Our Team

Dikesh Patel (PharmD, MHA) is a Senior Consultant at Visante with over 15 years of healthcare industry experience, including his ASHP-accredited post-graduate clinical and health-system pharmacy administration residency training. Dikesh’s diversified healthcare experiences range from health system clinical operations to management consulting in creating and sustaining clinical pharmacy services.

Most recently, Dikesh worked as a director within FTI Consulting’s Health Solutions practice as the Pharmacy Subject Matter Expert. During this role, Dikesh worked on engagements such as large-scale health system performance improvement initiatives (i.e., workforce benchmarking), 340B audit preparedness reviews and program optimization, health system pharmacy non-labor expense reduction and operational reviews, pharmacy wholesaler and GPO contract negotiations, request for proposal facilitation of post-acute pharmacy services, and clinical reviews of pharmacy claims for potential fraud, waste, and abuse.

Before this, Dikesh worked as a supervisor within RSM US LLP’s healthcare practice on their pharmacy team as a pharmacy subject matter expert on many healthcare engagements. Dikesh previously worked at AdventHealth Orlando whilst concurrently completing a graduate business degree in health care administration, where he amassed experiences in health system pharmacy project management and spearheaded change management initiatives at a large community-based teaching hospital.

Dikesh earned his B.A. in Biology from Baylor University, his Pharm.D. from the Texas A&M University College of Pharmacy and his M.H.A. from AdventHealth University.
