Hannah Bartels (MHA, LAT, ATC) is a project manager at Visante. She is committed to employing a holistic approach to project management, ensuring alignment between project goals and business objectives, optimizing resources, and enhancing stakeholder engagement.

Before joining Visante, Hanna gained over five years of experience in project management, working across diverse industries, including technology, healthcare, and finance. This varied background equipped her with a robust toolkit of methodologies and practices, from Agile and Scrum to Lean and Six Sigma, enabling her to adapt to and effectively manage projects of any scale and complexity.

In her previous role at Froedtert and The Medical College of Wisconsin’s Musculoskeletal Service Line, Hanna helped orchestrate performance improvement initiatives and developed performance improvement projects based on key metrics. Her colleagues highly value her knack for fostering collaborative environments and her ability to communicate complex ideas in accessible terms.

Hanna is trained in Lean and Six Sigma Green Belt. She has a master's degree in healthcare administration and front-line healthcare provider work as an athletic trainer.
