Our Team

John Decker specializes in leading large multi-workstream pharmacy operational and financial improvement projects to success for Visante clients. His skill set includes data analytics, specialty pharmacy optimization, and managing pharmacy financial operations within hospital systems.

Most recently, John worked at the University of Wisconsin Hospital System as a Business Operations Specialist. During his time there, he developed a deep understanding of Ambulatory Pharmacy finances, reporting, terminology and strategy. He also managed requirements to obtain national licensing and accreditations for the UW Specialty Pharmacy and designed the Specialty Pharmacy's shipping supply "Go Green" initiative, reducing costs and eco-footprint. 

John has completed Epic Systems and Apexus Certifications, making him a huge asset in improving operational efficiency and implementing new services for Visante's clients. 

John earned his Bachelor of Science in economics and certification in Entrepreneurial Finance from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He also played on the varsity Men's Golf Team there.
