Our Team

Tim Efremidis, BSN, RN is a critical care nurse that works with the Pharmacy Informatics & Technology team. Tim brings a vast knowledge of both nursing and pharmacy workflows and is an expert in the Epic Willow module, a technology platform that offers specialized services within pharmacy workflows.He also served as the primary contact and support person for several inpatient pharmacies. Tim was a member of several Enterprise-wide committees including Enterprise Medication Safety, Enterprise Formulary Committee, Enterprise Order Set Oversight Committee, and others

Before joining Visante, Tim worked as a Senior Epic Willow Application Coordinator at Bon Secours Mercy Health in Richmond, VA. Tim worked on a variety of Enterprise-wide pharmacy and nursing projects which helped improve the user experience within Epic.

Previously, Tim worked as a nurse in a Cardiovascular Intensive Care nursing, where he served as a charge nurse, as well as a unit educator. In this role, he gained valuable, hands-on, experience on pharmacy and hospital policies and workflows.

Tim earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bon Secours College of Nursing and also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hampden-Syndney College. Tim is a member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN) and the Greater Richmond Area Chapter of AACN.
