MINNEAPOLIS – March 7, 2022 – Visante announces Kasandra Chambers, Pharm.D., M.B.A., M.S., has joined the health care consulting firm. The addition of Chambers supports Visante’s further expansion of services that help hospitals, health systems, pharmaceutical manufacturers, technology firms and other clients optimize pharmacy-related opportunities related to clinical outcomes, patient care and financial performance.
Jerame Hill, VP at Visante, explains, “Kasandra is an up-and-coming leader in the profession, especially in the areas of acute care pharmacy operations and technology management. She brings unique training and experiences, as well as a passion for the future of pharmacy.”
Chambers was most recently the Associate Director of Pharmacy at Kentucky Children’s Hospital, part of UK Healthcare, in Lexington, Kentucky. There she oversaw more than 50 pharmacists and technicians, established a new pediatric COVID mAb infusion clinic, secured capital funds to renovate and expand the pediatric pharmacy, and operationalized COVID vaccines for children’s hospitals and clinics. Chambers also brings experience in USP compliance for drug compounding.

Chambers received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree and her Master’s degree in Business Administration from Cedarville University in Cedarville, Ohio. She completed a PGY1/PGY2 Health-System Pharmacy Administration residency at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, and earned her Master’s in Health-System Pharmacy Administration from The Ohio State University. She has served in several roles and various committees within ASHP, APhA, OPA, OSHP, and MSHP.
